Children don’t always have the words to express how they feel, but they do have play. Play Therapy provides a safe, nurturing, and entirely child-led space where children can explore emotions, solve problems, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Each child guides the pace and direction of their sessions, allowing them to work through challenges in a way that feels natural and supportive.
Play Therapy is generally suitable for children aged 5 and above, though older children may also benefit depending on their needs and comfort with play-based expression. Through carefully chosen toys, stories, art, and imaginative activities, children can express fears, frustrations, and hopes in ways that feel safe and non-threatening.
