- Trained in numerous psychotherapeutic modalities like psychodynamic, humanistic and existential, my style is compassionate, comforting and challenging. As an Integrative therapist I adapt and integrate different techniques and tailor what best suits you and your presenting issues.
- I have extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, experiencing emotional distress due to depression, anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, low self-esteem, and various other self-destructive patterns. I have supported clients that have presented multicultural concerns covering a broad range of topics and identities including race, religion, ethnicity, culture and sexual orientation.
