Empathics provides a warm and inclusive space to explore the profoundly helpful and transformative tools of Counselling, Mindfulness and Meditation.
If you are suffering from anxiety or finding your relationships or home life situation extremely stressful, it can be very helpful to talk about it in a safe, accepting place. I offer a therapeutic space that is warm, open and with awareness. I like to hear and include the ideas/beliefs you might have of therapy and accessing sessions, within our work.
My Approach
Therapy is a ritual of change and an investment in your greatest asset, yourself. As an Integrative therapist I adapt and integrate different techniques and tailor what best suits you and your presenting issues. I am also a Mindfulness Coach and offer Mindfulness techniques in sessions that include guided meditations and journaling. I highly value a strong therapeutic relationship as central to the process of change. If the process or the way I work does not feel like a good fit for you, I will help refer you to other services that are more suited to your needs.
I have extensive experience of working with clients from a diverse variety of backgrounds, experiencing emotional distress due to depression, anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, low self-esteem, and various other self-destructive patterns. I have supported clients that have presented Multicultural concerns covering a broad range of topics and identities including race, religion, ethnicity, culture and sexual orientation.
I provide you with a safe space in a confidential setting where we can work together to understand and explore your issues and chart a map for resolution so that you can improve your life. You can avail my online services from wherever you are. I work in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Marathi and offer therapy through a range of platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet and SKYPE, making it flexible and accessible.
