We also offer Sandplay therapy, a non-verbal, creative approach that can facilitate self-expression and emotional processing, alongside mindfulness and meditation practices, which can be integrated into sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes or provided as standalone services to cultivate inner peace and stress reduction.
