Your Safe Space for Healing, Growth, and Self-Discovery
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, painful, or confusing. Whether you’re facing current struggles or trying to make sense of long-standing patterns, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
At Empathics Wellbeing, I offer a warm, confidential, and inclusive space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to heal. Together, we can explore the emotional challenges, relationships, or past experiences that may be impacting your wellbeing, at your pace, and with care. I work with individuals, couples, and primary school-aged children, drawing from a rich integrative toolbox of psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching. Sessions are available in-person in Ashford Surrey or online, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and comfort.
What to Expect in Therapy: Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you’re new to this or returning after a break, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Our first introductory session will be about exploring what brings you to therapy and to understand your emotional landscape and what you’re hoping to shift or heal. Therapy is a collaborative process, it’s a partnership where your insights, experiences, and pace guide our work together. My style is both compassionate and challenging: I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space while gently encouraging growth and deeper awareness. Together, we’ll explore what’s currently troubling you, emotional or relational patterns, past experiences that still carry weight and finally what you want from the counselling process.
How I Work: As an integratively trained psychotherapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. My work is grounded in relational depth, emotional safety, and cultural sensitivity, always shaped around you. My approach combines:
- Psychodynamic exploration – uncovering the roots of emotional patterns
- Humanistic support – fostering self-compassion and personal meaning
- CBT-informed tools – to support emotional regulation and resilience
- Somatic and creative methods – including mindfulness and Sandplay Therapy
- Coaching frameworks – to support growth, direction, and life transitions
I work relationally and trauma-informed, offering a gentle, attuned space where deeper wounds can be seen and soothed — whether those stem from childhood, relationships, identity struggles, or ongoing stress. My practice is inclusive and culturally aware, shaped by my own lived experience of navigating multiple cultural identities.
The Importance of the Free Introductory Session: Starting therapy is a two-way process, and it’s important that it feels right for both of us. The free 20-minute introductory session is designed to help us connect, so you can get a sense of how I work and whether you feel safe, heard, and understood. It’s also a chance for me to understand your needs and consider how best to support you. This session is not therapy itself, but an opportunity to ask questions, share your goals, and discuss practical details like scheduling and fees. If either of us feels that the fit isn’t quite right, I’m happy to support you in finding someone who better matches your needs. Your comfort and trust are the foundation of effective therapy, so taking this first step with clarity and confidence is key.

“Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit — the realisation that everything we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect on our state of well-being.”
