Every relationship experiences moments of tension, distance, or uncertainty. For some, challenges feel small and manageable; for others, they may feel like a breaking point—or somewhere in between. I provide a safe, structured space where two people can explore these difficulties together, understand relational patterns, and uncover the underlying emotional needs that drive conflict or disconnection.
Relationship therapy is not limited to romantic partners. I work with a wide range of relationships, including couples, parents and adult children (such as mother–daughter or father–son relationships), siblings, and other important relational partnerships where communication or connection has become strained.
I use an integrative approach informed by Relate training and evidence-based relationship therapy methods to support clearer communication, deeper understanding of each person’s experience, and more constructive ways of navigating challenges together. My goal is not to promise a “perfect” relationship, but to create opportunities for greater understanding, connection, and mutual support, so that both individuals feel heard, seen, and more secure.
