Working with Sujatha over the past few months has been a really great experience, she’s helped me understand my relationship/friendships better. I feel more confident in myself and with the way I communicate and with the way I approach new situations/people. She’s been able to provide a new perspective to situations in my life that I wouldn’t have thought otherwise. Its even been noticed by those around me how much I have changed for the better and I hope to be able to continue this positive growth. Sujatha has provided a really warm and welcoming environment, I cannot express how grateful I am to have had her guide in the few short months of our weekly sessions. KG
Sujatha has been a guiding light amidst the darkness as I navigate issues relating to my past relationships, self-esteem, and low moods. Sujatha creates a safe and supportive space that she fills with thoughtfulness and compassion which encourages an authentic exploration of oneself. Her integrative approach using both counselling and mindfulness has given me the practical skills to take charge of my own healing, and provided me with insightful feedback that has helped me gain new perspectives and confidence to implement positive change in my life. Sujatha is highly professional, trustworthy and deeply committed to her work, making our weekly sessions exciting to show up for. I highly recommend her and cannot express enough gratitude for the support she has provided me with. – IW
It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Sujatha over the last two years. She has displayed a professional, kind, caring and flexible approach. Sujatha has delivered sessions to vulnerable children requiring a safe space to speak freely and feel listened to. The children Sujatha has worked with have formed positive relationships with her and have engaged well. Each week they look forward to their session, this is entirely down to the environment Sujatha has created and the calm approach she adopts. The children have found the sessions fun, engaging and useful. – Mrs. Rajdeep Dhamrait, Head of Inclusion, Eton End School.
Having been going for counseling with Sujatha over the past few months, Sujatha has helped me open up and look into my childhood experiences growing up by understanding how such events have and continue to impact me today. She has helped me understand how previous experiences can have a psychological impact on one’s mental well-being; values; morals and ultimately, shape them into the person that they are today. Despite some previous experiences being difficult to talk about, she has calmly and empathetically helped me question and explore my childhood by being curious and discussing what my childhood experiences were like without me feeling judged. She has helped me realise things about myself by helping me understand where such beliefs or behaviours stem from. I am truly grateful to have met Sujatha as I believe that she is brilliant at what she does and is just a genuinely lovely person. I would recommend her to anyone who is experiencing any difficulties (whether that be from early childhood days right up to current issues that one has been carrying for years) – TH
