After a 25-year global career in Human Resources within the fast-paced technology sector, I experienced firsthand how unresolved emotional patterns, and cultural expectations can quietly impact every area of life, from relationships and self-worth to purpose and identity. My own transformative journey through therapy not only brought deep healing but also inspired a significant life change to retrain as an Integrative Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Coach. Today, I offer a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their most authentic selves. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship conflict, grief, or the enduring effects of childhood experiences, therapy can offer powerful insights and a renewed sense of self.
My Integrative Practice: I believe that one size does not fit all in therapy. Every individual carries their own history, values, and way of making sense of the world. That’s why I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches — combining cognitive-behavioral (CBT), psychodynamic, and humanistic methods with Sand play Therapy, mindfulness practices, and coaching where appropriate. This integrative model allows me to adapt our work to suit your specific needs and goals whether that’s finding short-term relief from stress or working through deeper emotional wounds that have been shaping your life for years. My practice is grounded in empathy, presence, and the belief that real change happens in a space of safety and mutual respect. Together, we can explore old patterns, build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, and move toward a more connected, empowered way of living.
Areas of Experience: As an integratively trained psychotherapist, I offer support to individuals, couples, and children across a wide range of emotional, relational, and life-stage challenges. My practice is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and respect for your unique story. Whether you’re seeking help for past trauma, relationship difficulties, or navigating a major life change, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and move toward healing, clarity, and growth.

- Parenting, co-parenting, and blended family transitions

- Grief and family transitions
- Behavioural issues or communication challenges

A Culturally Sensitive Approach: Born in India and having lived in England for many years, I understand the layered experience of navigating multiple cultural identities. The pressure to balance differing expectations within families, communities, or workplaces can be emotionally exhausting and isolating. These lived experiences shape my culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach. I work especially well with clients who are navigating identity transitions, intergenerational dynamics, or the invisible emotional labor that can come with being “in between” cultures.
I also offer sessions in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Marathi, recognizing the healing power of speaking in the language that feels most natural to you.
