Sandplay Therapy: Sandplay therapy offers a unique, creative, and non-verbal way to explore and express feelings. Using miniature figures and scenes arranged in a sand tray, this therapy helps access unconscious emotions, process trauma, and regulate difficult feelings. It is especially valuable for those who find verbal expression challenging and is suitable for all ages, including children.

Mindfulness-Based Therapies: Mindfulness practices support emotional balance by cultivating present-moment awareness and reducing stress and anxiety. These can be offered as standalone sessions or integrated with other therapeutic approaches, teaching meditation, mindful breathing, and awareness techniques that promote calm and resilience. I also provide a structured 8-week mindfulness training program, guiding you progressively through practical skills that enhance daily well-being, emotional regulation, and stress management.
